At The Collective we do not upsell services we are not confident in, and we do not add new lines simply to appear bigger. The result is a place where each visit delivers the same quality regardless of which team member you see that day. Below you will find the services currently available at our Cluj-Napoca location, with honest descriptions of what each involves and what you can expect to walk away with.
A focused one-to-one session — 45 or 90 minutes — where one of our senior team members helps you work through a specific question or decision relevant to the services we provide. Ideal for first-time visitors who want guidance before committing to a package.
Set a regular cadence — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — and the same team member will be allocated to your slot each time. Consistency is the point: over several visits, we learn your preferences in detail and the experience becomes increasingly efficient and personal.
A small, hand-picked range of products available for purchase in-store. Every item on the shelf has been tested by the team over a minimum of three months before we stock it. We only carry brands whose supply chains and quality standards we have verified ourselves.
Available in denominations of 50 lei, 100 lei, 200 lei, and 500 lei. Vouchers are printed on heavy card stock in our charcoal-and-gold branding and can be collected in-store or posted anywhere in Romania at no extra charge. Valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
For groups of three to eight people — colleagues, friends, or family — we can reserve a dedicated two-hour slot outside regular trading hours. Groups receive a 10% discount across all services and a complimentary welcome tray. Advance notice of at least five days is required.

For a standard appointment, two to three days is usually enough. For group bookings or the 90-minute personal consultation, we recommend five to seven days. Walk-ins are welcome when capacity allows, though we cannot guarantee availability.
Yes — cancellations and reschedules are accepted up to 24 hours before your slot at no charge. Changes requested within 24 hours may incur a small administration fee of 20 lei, which is applied as a credit toward your next visit rather than kept as revenue.
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), contactless payments, and cash in lei. We do not currently accept foreign currency or cryptocurrency. Invoices with CUI for business clients are issued on request at no extra cost.
Yes. A voucher issued in one person's name can be used by any bearer — we do not verify identity at redemption. If you have a voucher that has partially expired in value, we will honor the remaining balance without restriction.
