Since 2018, The Collective has operated from the same address on Strada Memorandumului, watching the street change and staying steady through it all. We are not a franchise or a pop-up concept — we are a small team embedded in the Cluj-Napoca fabric, on first-name terms with regulars and genuinely glad to meet newcomers. The charcoal-and-gold tones of our interior were chosen deliberately: warm enough to linger, grounded enough to get things done. Every service we offer has been shaped by what this specific neighborhood actually needs, not by a head-office template.

We have one address, one team, and one focus: Strada Memorandumului and the neighborhoods surrounding it. That single-site commitment means we know the parking situation on Thursdays, which door sticks in winter, and which regulars take their coffee without milk.
Every appointment is treated as a conversation rather than a transaction. Our team is small by design — small enough that the person who books you in is very likely the person who serves you. No call centers, no anonymous queues.
Prices at The Collective reflect the real cost of doing careful work in Cluj-Napoca, nothing more. We publish our rates in full and have never added a surprise charge. What you read on the price list is what appears on your receipt.
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. We close Sundays so the team can rest — but those hours have not changed in three years, and we intend to keep it that way.
