Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Street parking is available on Strada Memorandumului itself (blue zone, paid Monday to Friday). The Piața Muzeului car park is two blocks north and has consistent availability throughout the day. We also have a bicycle stand directly outside the entrance.
Is the space accessible?
The entrance is step-free and the main service area is on the ground floor. We have a single accessible WC. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please call ahead so we can make any additional arrangements needed.
Can I book for someone else?
Absolutely. Provide the name of the person attending when you book and we will note it on the appointment. The guest will be greeted by name when they arrive. Gift voucher purchases also count as bookings when redeemed by a third party.
Do you have a waiting area?
Yes — a comfortable seating area with complimentary water and seasonal refreshments. We run a tight schedule and rarely ask clients to wait more than five minutes, but the space is there and genuinely pleasant if you do arrive early.
